Helmet and piece of the plane that crashed in August 1944 resulting in the deaths of two crew members and one 5 year old boy. 

Mr Sanderson was a 16 year old boy at the time of the plane crash at Skipton-on-Swale base, and he conserved these pieces of the crash.
